What was your reason for selling the house?
Reason for selling the house was debt related. I had a lot of debts and everything that I needed to take care of, just from so I could relax, so I decided to sell the house and pay off all the debts and be debt free.
How was your first meeting?
First meeting was pretty good, it went pretty smoothly. After the bidding process with the other investors. He showed up, was on time, took care of everything, showed him the house. And went ahead and proceeded after that.
What was the process like?
The process was as expected. It’s a pretty complicated thing getting rid of a house that you’ve had for a long time. I knew it would be quite a bit of things we’d all need to do to get it done. It will went as expected.
How satisfied were you with the whole process? What would you say to someone looking for RealtyZoom Reviews?
Overall sales process with RealtyZoom running at the show went pretty smoothly. Considering everything that was going on. I was pretty happy with the whole process and how it was accomplished. It went great!
